Solution:

on the LAN tab, expand Policies >> root, right-click vNIC Templates, and click Create vNIC Template.

Configure and select the Setting for vNIC Template : ESXi- VMKernel- A

Configure and select the Setting for vNIC Template : ESXi- VMKernel- B
