Task:
Create a user who can login to AWS management Console
Solution
Login to AWS Management Console | Select Security & identity Section | Select IAM
Under users | create User
Under Set User Details | Provide username | Under AWS Access Type , Select options provide in below figure | Click Permission
Select Add user to Group | Create Group
Provide Group name | Select Permission “ Administrator Access “ | Click Create Group
