Create an IAM Role so that EC2 Instance can access S3 Services
Solution:
Under AWS Services | Security Identity | Select IAM
Unser Roles | Create Roles
Select AWS Service | Select EC2 | Select Next: Permission
Select AmazonS3FullAccess Option as shown in below figure
Under review Section | Provide Role name | Select Create Role
