Zscaler Digital Experience (ZDX) provides visibility into the entire digital journey of an end user to help IT teams quickly identify and resolve application, network, and device issues. It monitors performance from the endpoint all the way to the open internet, using the Zscaler Client Connector to collect rich telemetry.
Because Zscaler operates 150+ global points of presence and is peered with major SaaS providers, it delivers hop‑by‑hop visibility across the full network path.
End‑to‑end digital experience monitoring helps determine exactly where a problem lies, including:
- Issues on the endpoint (device health).
